Adam J. Tiktin

Managing Principal

Adam serves as Managing Principal and the Chair of United Capital’s Investment Committee. Adam oversees United Capital Investments, Commercial Transactions, Development Joint Ventures, Portfolio Acquisitions, and Platform Private Equity Investments. Adam’s responsibility is the Strategic Growth of United Capital by Directing its Investment Business that Includes Acquisitions and Development.

With over Thirty Years of Real Estate Experience, Adam has served as the President and CEO of Tiktin Real Estate Investment Services and as First Vice President of a Publicly Traded National Real Estate Investment Company, and has transacted Over $3 Billion in Value-Add and Opportunistic Ventures Throughout the United States.

Adam Successfully Sold his Brokerage Business in 2021 to Franklin Street and Sold his Construction Company Southern Energy and Construction in 1998.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University and has worked as a CPA at Price Waterhouse prior to launching his Real Estate Career. A Native of Miami, FL, Adam Currently Serves on the Florida International University (FIU) Hollo School of Real Estate’s Advisory Board, and is Active Locally, Nationally, and Internationally in a number of Philanthropic Endeavors.
